Martin has overseen re-development of the agency’s IT Department and delivered process and infrastructure improvements leading to cost savings and system efficiencies. He has managed the implementation of new case management software and established data acquisition and aggregation standards which support the organization’s mandatory compliance filings at the state and national level.
