I help provide support for our Driver Partner's and Rider's by collecting information and creating reports that are then sent to our Special Investigations Unit for further review.Before making the move to Uber I worked as the Assistant Department Manager Service Experience for Nordstrom Rack. Working as part of the management team meant I assisted with the Hiring and coaching of new and existing employees. Created schedules and helped train new employees, as well as help develop and coach existing employees. At Nordstrom Rack our focus was not on sales, but rather on the customer experience, making sure every customer that walked through the door knew they were the most important part of our business. I am currently seeking opportunities in the technology, and customer service industries.
