I planned and developed multiple solutions for external customers. My responsibilities included transforming their ideas into a product strategy, assisting customers in securing government funding, and architecting, developing, and maintaining the product. Furthermore, I calculated, wrote, and negotiated the offers.Parallel to this, I helped secure government funding to develop a PoC to advise farmers on replacing chemical fertilizers with natural soil additives such as microorganisms and fungi. This project involved collaborating with research institutes to build a database of additives and creating an AI-driven search algorithm. I was responsible for creating and managing the product strategy and the technical architecture.Additionally, I oversaw the administration of the government funding and the company as a whole, including the initial registering, accounting, taxes, end-of-year closings, shareholder meetings, HR, and cash flow.

Together with the CSO and CTO, we transformed the technical POC (underwater camera and sensors to measure and track fish) into an MVP. This included creating and executing the short and long-term product strategy and developing the front-end.

Full stack development of a SaaS B2C communication platform in a startup (with focus on back-end) using PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, WebRTC, Docker, Swagger.io (OpenAPI), WebSocket, MySQL, Elastic Stack (ELK Stack). Head of maintenance team, providing third level support and supervising bug reports escalated from second level support until deployment (including communication to stakeholders), technical lead of software projects (including requirement gathering and designing the architecture), release manager, training of new colleagues. Helped scale company from zero users to market leader as the number 2 in the IT department.
