In this role I led the development and implementation of Indoor and Beach state team programs, created the program pathway for athletes and coaches, was the Head of Delegation for state team programs at all national championships. I was also responsible for the development of community and state team coaches through programming and educational events. This role evolved from 2 programs to 6 programs across the year and expanded to include strength and conditioning, health and wellness, sports medicine and performance based resources to optimize performance.

I have been a Team Canada athlete since 2006 and am the 2010 National Champion, 2011 Continental Champion, 2012 Continental Olympic Qualification champion, 2012 Canadian Olympic trials champion and place 17th at the 2012 Olympic Games.
