Responsible for overseeing up to 7 departments and 200 Associates in the areas of Skilled Trades and Parts Production. Experience has been in Wood Wheel production for Lexus, Interior and exterior plastic parts painting for Lexus, Toyota and Subaru as well as Machine and Facilities Maintenance for a 550,000 square foot facility. Current responsibilities include North American Tooling Center (NATC) for all new tool builds, Tool & Die for current tool maintenance and repair, Injection Molding, Die Casting of Magnesium, Zinc, and Aluminum parts, and Fine Blank Stamping.Set the future direction and successfully achieve Company goals by supporting the Managers and Associates in each area to increase involvement.

Responsible for maintaining the preventative maintenance schedules for more than 600 Injection Molding, Aluminum/Zinc/ Magnesium DieCast, Stamping and Reaction Injection Molding tools.Responsible for managing an expense budget in excess of $1.2 M and finding the most cost effective solutions.Responsible for creating and implementing plans to skill up all Associates. Also, review tooling for fool-proofing and mistake-proofing to eliminate failures. Foster an environment where Associates from multiple departments work to eliminate repeat failures through countermeasure activity.

Responsible for creating and achieving Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Delivery targets for a department producing metal stamped seat belt components.

Responsible for creating and achieving Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Delivery targets for the Lexus Wood Wheel and shift knob. Responsible for up to 25 Associates.

Responsible for creating and achieving Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Delivery targets for a reaction injection molding department producing steering wheels. Highly involved in ISO compliance. Responsible for up to 50 Associates.
