• Responsible for all floor cleaning such as stripping and waxing, tile and grout cleaning/whitening, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, backpack vacuuming, high dusting, floor restoring and polishing. • Train and supervise managers or employees in floor work and proper equipment handling. • Maintain order in janitor closets, supply closets, and storage warehouses. • Repair machinery and equipment such as carpet extractors (ride on, pull back, walk behinds, and stand ons), vacuums, auto scrubbers, low and high-speed buffers.• Maintain company contracts with various accounts across North Carolina.• Track inventory and budget.

• Sending vehicles according to daily list presented from local rental car markets.• Track VIN and MVA numbers on movement sheets to send vehicles from location to location.• Train and supervise drivers. • Transport vehicles within PTI Airport grounds from service lot to rental car lot or vice versa.• Communicate with Avis/ Budget counter staff to meet customers’ expectations.• Provide quality customer care and satisfaction.• Track labor hours for the day.

• Responsible sending and replying to emails.• Use of Microsoft word, excel, and power point daily.• Communicate with all school staff to schedule meetings and book rooms for events. • Contact local vendors to visit campus.• Organize meeting room setups, staff and assist event parties for campus staff and students.• Call companies not affiliated with campus to become part of (sale calls). • Train varies employee’s different roles to initiate and end event parties and events.

- Responsible for safe counts, customer complaints, inventory, pre and post shifts, waste counts, daily deposits, cash handling, position guides, shutting down and turning store system back on, organize files, prepare store for the next day, enforce proper procedures in food handling, cooking, and preparation of food.- Supervise and direct employees- Train and supervise managers/employees proper cleaning procedures.- Responsible for following MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) book. - Train employees proper procedures cleaning various surfaces such as; stainless steel, grill tops, grease spills, restroom cleaning, glass cleaning interior and exterior, and maintaining equipment.
