(Intern) Rf Engineer
As an Intern, I was responsible for constructing the first UDC (up and down converter) for a new 12-meter dish antenna. Required to examine every component of the system creating a gain and load effect report. Created AutoCAD drawings standardizing the construction of future UDC systems for different frequency ranges. The system was in use until the observatory collapse in December 2020.
