I put these skills to great use as a senior non commissioned officer and military instructor.On my arrival in Canada, I sought out positions where these skills could be put to good use and initially I found positions in the manufacturing sector, mainly in a supervisory capacity.After 2008, when the manufacturing sector was hard hit by recession I moved on to the retail sector where I moved to management positions and I was able to use my previous knowledge to great effect.Among my specialities, I would like to highlight the following;• Established leadership, organizational and training skills.• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).• Excellent results in goal setting and goal achievement. • Highly skilled in conflict resolution. • Experienced in interviewing, hiring, disciplinary measures and periodic reviews.I am also Joint Health and Safety Trained and a Registered JHSC card holder.Thank you for taking the time to read this introduction.I am,Martin Rogers.
