Also directed contractors when needed. Developed and implemented work ticket request program that facilitated the completion of 95%of requests within 24 hours. Devised preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms and common areas as well as forpools, spa and grounds. Instituted an improved integration between Maintenance Department and hotel staff.
