• Lead the changes required to reduce store inventory shrink
• Complete daily stock counts and research any variances
• Improve the processes, procedures and methodology for investigating root cause and executing corrective action
• Implemented Daily SWAT Recap forms to keep management informed on the inventory levels in each department
