Current• Conducting Farm Quality Assurance Audits on behalf of Bord Bia•Covering Counties Tipperary and Laois•Scheduling Audits with farmers on a daily basis•Schemes Audited: Sustainable Dairy Assurance Scheme, Sustainable Beef and Lamb Quality Assurance Scheme•Providing a recommendation to Bord Bia on whether a producer is compliant or non compliant with the relevant scheme•Promoting the Quality Assurance Scheme and Origin Green•Providing feedback at the signing of the audit exit cards on issues raised during the audit•Highlighting to farmers how they could improve their farming business going forward•Ensuring high levels of professionalism in carrying out audits on behalf of Bord Bia by being highly organised, preparing in advance for audits, maintaining a courteous manner, being at scheduled audits on time and planning audits in close proximity to each other where possible.
