Logistics National Manager- Fully accountable to manage national operation of multiple warehouses and logistics.- Develop and implement an inventory management system that insure inventory correctness and FEFO based.- Managing national fleet logistics- Establish a network of reliable logistic service providers (3PL) that can optimize delivery time and shipment safety within multiple type of transportation- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to asses logistics efficiency and productivity

- Fully accountable to manage operation team of warehouse and logistics.- Ensuring 3PL warehouse and transporter operate at peak efficiency.- Control internal transportation flows and processes on time and under cost efficiency focus.- Solved day to day operational issues and reach short and long-term performance goals.- Review and prepare workflows, action and preventive action that meet company standards.- Ensure that facilities equipment are properly maintained.

- Fully accountable to manage operation team of distribution.- Plan and monitor delivery order.- Ensure delivery of orders on time and under cost efficiency focus.- Control POD collection.- Control operational petty cash, fuel consumption and distribution cost.- Continuous Improvement

- Lead transport operation team and provide regular team motivation; drivers up to driver management supervisor.- Responsible for the availability of trucks and drivers.- Directing all operational activities.- Plan and monitor shipments.- Maintain coordination with all related departments in other to fulfill customer orders.- Reviewed, analyzed and made suggestions to Management in order to optimize the existing fulfillment orders.

- Lead transport operation team and provide regular motivation to all drivers and all team in transport.- Manage and monitor transport field operations are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations and implement the safety regulation program.- Continuously improve and implement overall transportation system and procedure.- Control and analyze fuel consumption and improve control system of fuel lost.- Responsible in reducing cost by improve system of tire management.- Monitor performance transport team and meet Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) as defined by the company.- Overseeing flow transport patty cash in each batching plants coverage area.

- Responsible for logistical needs on site including truck vehicle parts stock, safety equipment, office stationery and employee mess equipment.- Forecast, examine and evaluate each stock.- Work with workshop team to support all trucks maintenance.- Maintain an accurate count of inventory stock.- Build partnerships with local suppliers and shipping vendor in Kalimantan.

- Lead and motivate the inventory team and ensure all inventory activities work as per SOP.- Manage and control inventory, plan reorder stock, create purchase request and control lead time of supply. Control of FIFO LIFO Inventory.
