  I am R. Martin Saenz, son of a former Peruvian judge. I have successfully represented hundreds of clients in employment and business disputes, earning a solid reputation through significant wins and settlements.I graduated first in my class from Utica College of Syracuse University and later from Syracuse University College of Law. I am a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.My experience covers litigating employee rights under various laws such as the FLSA, Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Florida Whistleblower’s Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. I have also advised business owners and handled business disputes.I was recently recognized for securing one of the Top 100 Civil Rights Violations Verdicts in the U.S. (2022) and named a Florida Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2012, 2013, and 2014. One of my career highlights is winning a $21.5+ million verdict in a religious discrimination case in Florida.
