Outside of my role at AB1GK, I engage in part-time social media broadcasting focused on fan-driven content.I founded Football Martin in January 2023, an expanding platform dedicated to fan-generated content surrounding Southampton FC and the SkyBet Championship. In February 2019 Asmir Begovic who at the time was playing at Chelsea FC approached me to become a part of his team to set up his own Goalkeeper glove brand AB1GK.The aspiration of the new start up brand was to create a premium sports brand producing products at affordable prices. The team around me are very passionate about giving back and inspiring the next generation of footballers. Therefore, we partnered up with some goalkeeping academies and institutes.I have worked closely with Asmir and his MD to produce a high end high functioning website to sell direct B2C and B2B, working with a high end agency we created ab1gk.com. The next challenge was how to supply our new retail partners. Over the second year in my role with AB1GK I have implemented a full stock management system which also connects with the Xero accounting software enabling the business a seamless invoicing and accounts system.My other roles with this brand are varied, with many different elements and responsibilities.AB1GK is a fast-growing brand with a team of 9. I spend one day a week at The West Bay Club in Yarmouth. I am working closely with Country Club Manager Steve Fletcher in developing a new business opportunity. I am also working on the business's social media presence across all platforms, I work with the marketing team to help amplify the West Bay brand with key campaigns and content.As well as this I also work face to face with customers at the County Club welcoming guests and members, working on the reception answering emails, phone calls and any enquires. The West Bay is an exclusive Club that has high standard of practice.

Store Manager – Sanders Sports Ltd (independent Sports store based in Newport on the Isle of Wight)During this time I achieved an GNVQ in retail and an GNVQ in Retail Management. My roles in the business was focussed on customer service, managing a team of staff to bring the ultimate High Street customer service, future purchasing from brands such as Adidas, Nike, Puma, Reebok, Head, Slazenger working to budgets and maximising margins. I was also the stores merchandiser, using branded promotional assets.
