I have a proven track record in the operational set-up of Startup's as well as in the expansion of a Scaleup's. However, my very strong entrepreneurial mindset is also a guarantee for managing and implementing the digital transformation of a large company. The accumulated experience from my past positions enables me to empathise very well with all employee roles in order to drive change management at eye level and with a great understanding. I am a very pragmatic person who can clearly understand and prioritise value-adding tasks to achieve the best solution or outcome for each type of operational activity of the company. My successes are not only due to my excellent interpersonal and communication skills, but also to my outstanding analytical qualities, which enable me to solve complex problems and make reasoned decisions.At Alteos, I primarily want to make insurance much more efficient as a company itself. For this purpose I digitize and automate all recurring processes completely with the help of the latest technologies.Alteos is backed by AXA, one of the world's largest and most renowned insurance companies.Before that, I was a member of the founding team of FRIDAY. As the first official employee, I built-up Germany's first digital car insurance company from scratch.As a part of the InsurTech industry, it was my job to established one of the best Operation-Teams.Furthermore, I have setted up cooperations and negotiated contracts with claims partners e.g. external loss adjusters, appraiser, partner garages, a car rental company, an audit partner as well as attorneys.After our Go Live, I have created a claims roadmap, project overview and strategy with focus on performance and quality. Another important aspect was and is the implementation and enhancement of claims processes. I am also very proud that I was the project leader of building the first digital, modern and flexible online FNOL (First Notification Of Loss) on the german market which is considering of individual questions and answers (from customer point of view), a real time visible coverage check and an automated claim creation and partner steering/assignment in and via the backend system.
