With over 15 years’ experience as a customer service order management manager, I have the skills to lead, encourage and motivate a team to success. I have provided excellent training to new employees and also been involved in many projects that involve Inventory management, 3PL warehousing relocations and harmonising ERP systems. I specialise in the full Order to Cash (O2C) flow, and have knowledge of Material Management module in SAP which also incorporates Salesforce.I really am process driven and always seek ways to enhance and improve daily activities with the order management flow. I have been the global focal point for process improvements within the order management organisation.My most recent achievement has been to set up a new customer service order management team in Krakow, Poland. The challenges of remote training did not hinder the successful transition and I was very proud to be able to share on my knowledge and skills a new team.Outside of work I am a family man but also a lover of performing arts and can be often found either performing in a band or treading the boards in amateur dramatic productions.
