I work as a Specification Manager at BBF Limited with a background in Quality Engineering. Over the years, I've progressed from a Quality Engineer to a Senior Quality Engineer before taking on my current role. In my current position, I lead a team responsible for writing specifications for finished products in the bakery industry. Accumulating over 7 years of hands-on practical experience in this field, catering to various English clients across platforms.In my current role, I ensure that the specifications for finished raw materials meet all necessary requirements and manage quality contracts to uphold high standards. I oversee the compliance of new artworks with legal standards and develop comprehensive technical documentation, including standards and procedures. Additionally, I complete food safety risk assessments for raw materials and liaise with suppliers to capture all relevant information. I am also responsible for reporting to external institutions, participating in customer panel tests, and actively conducting GFSI audits, including BRC and IFS.I am a data-driven person. Outside of my core responsibilities, I am proficient in IT and have Java, SQL, and VBA programming skills. I prioritize efficiency in my work and actively seek opportunities to automate tasks.A notable achievement is the creation of an ERP system that supports various departments within my current organization.
