- Providing the food and beverage service in a hospitality outlet or unit, beeing responsible for the customer's experience. Coordination all actions involving customers such as welcoming guests, ordering, delivering the food & beverages and supervise financial transactions.

- Performing sales and marketing tasks with the overall objective of improving wine sales- Working in conjunction with other sales and marketing staff to increase the market share of wineries products, increasing overall profit- Promoting the wineries brand within the marketplace to improve brand recognition and brand equity- Working at all levels of the distribution chain, including retail, distribution and consumer level- Involved in planning of sales and marketing strategies- Selling the wineries products to about 40 diferent clients in a variety of locations.

- Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations- Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers- Dealing with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.

- Front Office Management - Education, organization of and assigning roles/tasks to 15-person teams on daily, weekly and monthly basis- Creating and implementing contracts and new products with third party companies - Night Audit procedures, daily accounting - Creating various goal and operation related reports for top management on daily and monthly basis- Dealing with and successfully solving complaints, guest requests and demands- Organisation of all and every sojourn-related activities and travel arrangements -Managing the Night shift at the Reception, in charge of handling the hotel’s night audit, closing and balancing invoices, creating and submitting various management and statistical reports, acting as Manager on Duty at night, handling Guest Relations and complaints at night, etc.
