Accountable for one of the largest Branches in the Company at 92,000sq ft with an annual turnover in excess of £50 Million each year. My main KPI’s Include managing Sales, Wages, Stock Loss, Waste, and Customer Satisfaction. I have full accountability of the P&L for my Branch. I’m achieving success through delivering training and on the job coaching to develop my Management Team in delivering operational excellence for our customers. I have been able to grow close relationships with the local traders to allow my Branch to supply the best Price, Choice and Service that Caters best for their needs.

Market Drayton has allowed me to raise my profile on the area/region and develop my skills further by supporting other managers on KPI's, Operations, Training & Development and Talent Management as well as supporting the Area Manager in running multiple stores. I am responsible for achieving KPI's such as wages, stockloss, standards, service and operational compliance. In order to achieve these I have been able to lead and engage my store team to deliver operational excellence. In 2010/11 I achieved 14/14 on my KPI's and my store has very high consistant standards. My Staff survey is one of the best in the Company at 99% Engagement and 96% Management Index.
