I have been conceiving, designing, and developing innovative thermo-mechanical systems throughout my career. The last 22 years have been focused on Hydrogen production and export systems, and H2 utilization including electrolyzer/renewable energy-based hydrogen fueling stations for cars, busses, and forklifts. I have taken systems from concept through field demonstrations into commercialization. Specifically I invented, developed, patented, and demonstrated hydrogen electrolysis system that delivered high purity at pressures exceeding 2500 psi without a compressor. I have 7 patents for electrolyzers, geothermal power generation, aircraft fuel tank inerting, and emission-free heavy oil recovery.
