Dean of Students duties include assisting site principal with everyday assignments. Advocating for students as well as issuing consequences and discipline for students who violate school rules. Assignments also include organizing assessments throughout the building, managing classroom rosters as students come and go, attending staff and team meetings, attending special meetings as needed, serve as acting site administrator when the SA is out. Other duties as assigned.

Lesson planning, delivery of instruction though up to six different grade levels at a time, differentiated instruction, direct instruction, Kagen cooperative learning styles, Safe and Civil-CHAMPs coach, sports coaching (wrestling and Native Youth Games), tutoring, professional development, implementation of IEPs, Dean of Students. Lower Kuskokwim NEA site rep, area rep, scholarship committee chair.
