WriterCracked Monocle Apr 2013 - PresentFreelance Writer for Cracked Monocle’s Pen & Paper RPG: Tephra: A Steampunk Role Playing Game, Now under Parlor Games Label While working on Tephra I was given a variety of assignments every week. These writing tasks ranged from fleshing out backstories and behaviors of various creatures and characters, writing introductions to the theme of an expansion, and even creating new lore for world events within the timeline. Sometimes I worked with multiple people on a single writing assignment and other times I worked alone. In addition, I took part in brainstorming sessions to create new monsters and devices that the players could use on their adventures. I also assigned stats, abilities and balance to said creations.
