- IT Infrastructure team management supporting GE Aviation’s site in Prague with primary responsibility for overall IT operation and service delivery to 700+ employees - IT Manager assigned to a program building GE Aviation’s Turboprops Center of Excellence in Prague involving collaboration with Czech Technical University- Member of Extended Leadership Team forming and executing on business growth strategy for GE Aviation Czech business in Prague- Execution and leading Oracle e-Business Suite R12 roll-outs to multiple GE Aviation sites in Europe - Delivery the projects using Fast Works philosophy and Minimal Viable Product (MVP) method- Management of cross functional business teams and Oracle vendor to deliver ERP projects within agreed scope, timeline and budged ensuring no negative impact to the business

- Execution and leading IT infrastructure projects integrating GE acquired company (Walter Aircraft Engines) into corporate standards and processes- These projects involved physical servers consolidation into a virtual environment including core business applications migration into the new platform, migration Oracle E-Business Suite (Finance module) to a next release, implementing service level IT support model, implementing ITIL Change Management Process, design and build of IT infrastructure and applications Disaster Recovery process with successful execution of DR test- Leading and coaching IT infrastructure team, work on team’s performance & development plans- Member of Extended Leadership Team forming and executing on business growth strategy

- Execution and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects to the business in Europe- Main focus on the infrastructure consolidation in the Corporate datacenters, virtualization and disaster recovery and business continuity assurance- Transition of the infrastructure maintenance to a shared services unit (Global Infrastructure Services)- Transition of the end-users support to a shared support organization- Working with applications teams, business functions and providing infrastructure solutions- Relationship management across the business functions in EMEA and IT organization

- Managing the IT infrastructure projects in Central Europe (Czech Republic, Germany , Poland ,Slovakia and Italy), the majority of the project related to new businesses acquisitions or office moves- Participation on due diligence processes -> delivering the IT budgets -> Project Management- Overall budgeting and time-framing the IT expansion/integration projects - Participation on the business system development – Asset Management System; analyzing the business requirements in order to digitize the processes in the system
