Proactive management and monitoring of the Active directory and Messaging environments of multiple customers. Managed the environments of African Alliance (whole of Africa), SAB Miller (whole of Africa) and Macsteel International (Global Cloud hosted platform). Previous clients supported included SAB Limited, Sasol, Miway, Servest, Adcorp Holdings and Macsteel Service Centre. Leading a team of 11 IT Engineers, deligating tasks accordingly and ensuring calls were attended to within SLA. Followed up with 3rd party vendors relating to calls logged for devices/services. Took responsibility on shift for any and all emergencies that affected the gaming floor.
