I run Falling Snow Productions, a small video production company dedicated to making creative, affordable, and targeted business videos.These include films for sales promotion, training, staff induction, and a host of other purposes, all designed to assist businesses to increase sales or business effectiveness. A current trending favourite is that of video customer testimonials, a medium that has been proven to be the single most effective tool to improve sales. I have also been a business consultant for many years, as well as holding full-time board positions with companies ranging from £300k to £90m per annum turnovers. I often work at board level with a few SMEs, to assist the stakeholders to gel and perform.In my spare time I volunteer for a nationwide charity - an activity that I find hugely rewarding.
