I founded Malmö Motion Pictures in 2019 after over 25 years of experience in roles within HR, Change Management, IT Management, Management Consulting and Line Management combined with photography, writing, and film creation. I specialize in change communication, creating video content that sparks real change within organizations. My expertise is within transformation initiatives, where I use my insights to engage and involve coworkers in meaningful ways.My professional journey has evolved to include documentary film creation, dedicating a significant part of my time to a project titled "The Ordinary People of the Cold War." This venture allows me to merge my storytelling skills with my passion for uncovering historical narratives, aiming to connect past events with present-day audiences.Although my focus has broadened, my commitment to facilitating change communication for large corporations remains steadfast.
