Management of a multinational R&D team (based in Budapest, London and Dublin) responsible for the Citi group Business Intelligence project cycle from analysis, architecture and design, planning, scheduling and resource allocation, development, code & test review, up to release to production and maintenance phase. Tight cooperation with global system architects, project managers, business analysts, release managers, 3rd level support and DBAs. Delivering 24/7 mission-critical BI services to more than 100 countries and 200,000 users with different time zones and no off-peak time.

Project management of a newly built trading system, analysing user requests, setting up the software delivery lifecycle, leading the delivery team and reporting progress to the group top management. Cooperating on the internal and external audits and transition to operations. Analysis, design, architecture and prototyping of a new internal software development framework. Awarded “Employee of the year 2004”.

Analysis and software development of the group centralized ERP system. Individual responsibility for a new reporting and BI module, including custom made visual report designer. Leading a small team of developers, delivering a logistics and stock control system. Preparing business analysis, scheduling project tasks, controlling the whole delivery process, code review and development. Using the first version of .NET Framework since BETA & CTP version, collaborating with Microsoft teams as an early adopter.
