Working to eradicate breakdowns and using RCA to identify and solve regular issues. Concentrating on CCPs to aid food standards and specifications.Currently working on Serpentine Autobake large carrier oven, Square D rack ovens and Meinke Travelling ovens and a wide range of mixing and depositing equipment, conveyors and product printers.Responsible for the maintenance and management of recently commissioned water treatment facility to ensure treated water meets Thames Water standards, using DAF process and Ph treatment.

Worked in the oldest glass milk bottle processing dairy site in Hanworth, England. Worked of part of the maintenance team and was responsible for FMCG production support, the PPM and fault finding of crate stacking machines, crate grouping machines, bottle washing machines, bottle filling/capping machines, Stainless steel slat bottle conveyors, and tabbed chain crate conveyors. Also replacement of roller bearings, chain drives, shafts and gears and pump seals. Gained an understanding from servicing MPV’s, ABV’s, Think tops and CIP acid, caustic cleaning systems. Gained experience of steam boilers and steam heat exchanging systems. All work carried out to food hygiene standards. Worked in a time sensitive manner, to aid production and minimize down time. Actively involved in improvement engineering and building services maintenance.Learned about milk processing, homogenising and pasteurising techniques.

Worked on the newly built, most technologically advanced and fully automated flagship ALPLA site for Arla diary customer at Aston Clinton. Worked as part of the maintenance team and was responsible for FMCG production support, the PPM and fault finding of Blow Moulding machines, conveyors, loading robots and automated warehouse management systems. Supported contractors with the installation of all aforementioned technology by AUTEFA, KRONES, ISOMA, ASMECH, SOPLAR.Was responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of BMU cooling and pneumatic systems, and high speed product inspection systems.Worked with production staff to lean manufacture and create efficient production.Used Health and Safety knowledge to create effective Risk Assessments.Used 5S knowledge, and TPM techniques to create practical and efficient systems of work and maintenance.

Completed a Level 3 Advanced modern apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering incorporating all aspects of manufacture and Production Engineering including machining, design, fitting, welding and mechanical maintenance of high voltage pump/motor sets for the Oil and Gas and Nuclear Industry. Upon completion of the Engineering apprenticeship, I transferred to a welding section and completed further Apprenticeship in welding including TIG, MIG, MMA and Submerged arc welding processes to Level 3 and ASME 9 Standards, but BS4872 approval.

Completed a Level 3 Advanced Modern apprenticeship in Electrotechnical Engineering. Managed the effective installation of Robot Logic technology at car plants including BMW, Ford and Toyota. Supervised installation of industrial estate energy efficient lighting systems. Responsible for, 3 phase systems and jointing. Covered work installing UPS systems. Specialised in panel wiring: working to detailed and time bound engineer specifications. Installed conveyor system in time window at DHL site in Enfield. Wired in segregated control and power circuits for vehicle body conveyor tracks on many car plant modifications. Installed clearcoat spray Robots at Landrover. Testing office/industrial complex and inputting results into testing software.
