I spearheaded the strategy to re-develop our legacy Care products onto a modern SaaS AWS cloud-native platform to corner a market c.£100m TAM with no best-in-class competitor. This 2-year ambitious project was delivered on-time and to budget.My passion is creating high performing Agile teams adopting Extreme Programming (XP) engineering best practices and modern engineering techniques.
