Global Supply Chain Director
CurrentAs a leader of a global team of highly skilled Supply Chain Professionals, I take pride in our ability to execute on strategic objectives that drive the success of Trackunit in the Construction IoT industry. Our efforts are laser-focused on reducing significant downtime in construction by 2025, and we have identified three key areas where we are making significant progress:1) Implementation and driving the Global S&OP process; Our team leverages historical data, business insights, and budget inputs from global sales, customers, and markets to create highly accurate forecasts and inventory predictions. We currently utilize data-warehouse and Power BI tools, and plan to incorporate ML/AI capabilities in the near future.2) Risk analysis and mitigation, upstream; By closely monitoring geopolitical and natural disasters, we are able to predict and prevent supply chain disruptions by purchasing critical components on SPOT markets before scarcity drives up prices. We also increase our production capacity and maintain buffer stocks of finished goods and components to counter any direct or ripple effects of these disruptions.3) Building scalable regional end-to-end supply chains; To mitigate risks and maintain delivery to our customers worldwide, we are shortening our global supply nodes and setting up fully integrated supply networks in each region we serve. We are working exclusively with 3PLs, EMS, and external test centers to maintain our "Build to Scale" strategy.
