Transforming deep supply chain knowledge into world-class multimedia training content – working closely with developers to program manage the end-to-end development of animated multimedia content, including e-learning courses, simulations and serious games.

In my current role, I am responsible for the development of learning materials for professional qualifications in all aspects of Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Management, Business, Transport, Purchasing and Warehousing and Inventory ranging from Level 1 qualifications through to Level 6.

This role included the effective management and welfare of 6 staff within the Supply Chain area as well as co-ordinated the Logistics Department. I was the warehouse and office area point of contact and organised, co-ordinated and participated in the completion of compliance and quality checks. Secondary roles involved being the lead Logistics Damage Control and Firefighting point of contact and trainer.Within the role of Supply Chain, I was the Team Site Administrator for the Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server (MOSS) structure and used my knowledge of doctrinal Supply Chain to effectively create the now established SC Team Site(an achievement as much of the electronic file creation and understanding was self taught). I was also tasked with the responsibility of validating in excess of 7500 line items earmarked for consideration in the on board allowances and formulated a programme of review, engaging extensively with internal and external organisations to establish the baseline to positively take forward and conclude validations.

I conducted Supply Chain and Catering Services exercises and inspections in support of the Logistics Departments using spare capacity to contribute effectively to other FOST departments during numerous serials. As the Unit Liaison Officer I effectively managed the preparations and transport for the FOST team visits to the Falkland Islands on numerous occasions with consummate ease indicative of a wider ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
