As Senior Hatchery Specialist by Royal Pas Reform, was my role to develop hatchery-specific strategies and to provide troubleshooting advice for the most efficient, performance enhancing combination of incubators, hatchery automation and climate control systems. I continue my work under my own company Barten Hatchery Consultancy. In addition to my own company Barten Hatchery consultancy, the connection with Royal Pas Reform continues to exist.With customers and representation in more than 100 countries, Pas Reform is recognised throughout the global hatchery sector as a leading, innovative supplier of single-stage incubation technologies.Working hand-in-hand with customers’ hatchery management teams worldwide, to optimize performance for the most efficient, uniform and reliable production of uniform, robust day-old chicks.Travelling extensively to visit hatchery customers and partners in many countries provides many opportunities to exchange views on developments within the poultry industry and the hatchery sector in particular, while expanding my personal experience of day-to-day hatchery management issues continuously.
