I am a project manager managing a variety of both large and small projects involving remediation, demolition and HBM removal. Project I have managed include:-Sydney Water contract for HBM, demolition and remediation works. The works include minor and major HBM makesafe works, large remediation projects and technical demolition projects -Pilot Sustainable Soil Regeneration Facility at Caltex Kurnell facility that successfully treated over 5,000 tonnes of hydrocarbon impacted soil. I managed the construction of biopiles for the treatment of the soil and validation of stockpiles for reuse onsite or as engineered fill at external sites. I developed and implemented several research projects within the overall treatment project to identify possible improvements and issues within the treatment process. This project was awarded a Certificate of Commendation in Recognition of the Sustainable Remediation at the 2016 ALGA EcoForum and also won Gold at the 2016 Edison Awards in the reuse and reclamation section.-Taren Point Former Oyster Lease Remediation. This project involved the removal of hydrocarbon, PAH and asbestos impacted soils with a range of classifications both above and below the high tide line. I was required to manage the preparation of all planning approval documentation and the preparation of a Remediation Action Plan for the site. The site excavation area was located in the intertidal so environmental management was paramount. The project was completed on time and budget to the satisfaction of the client and returned as public access land.-Sydney Asbestos Group Manager (acting) - I managed a team of asbestos removalists across multiple projects of varying complexity and duration. I manage projects from Tender phase through project implementation and invoicing and project close out. I was required to manage the ever changing schedules for the team as project requirements change to meet project requirements.
