I direct, administers and coordinates the internal operational activities of Fourier IT Innovations in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by my CEO, Board of Directors and group holding company, Fourier Approach (PTY)LTD. I lead and direct the following functions and/or business units: operations, human resources(excluding shared services responsibilities), information systems, new business coordination, and product development, promotion and communication. I assists my CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and/or business units mentioned above.

My primary responsibility was defining, planning, tracking and managing all the Nedbank Fourier projects.
