I have more than 20 years’ experience of working as a manager in manufacturing environments, in both the UK and the USA and worked for family owned companies, large corporations and private equity held companiesI've lead plants through cultural changes and continually expanded my knowledge and experience base, championing change and driving improvement. The use of Six Sigma, Lean tools and a strong safety focus have been key to achieving results.I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a fellow of the Lean Manufacturing Institute (UK). I am computer literate in a variety of applications, including Oracle. I graduated from Hartford College, Northwich with an HND in Business Management. I have provided leadership, coaching and mentoring in improvement techniques to both customers of our business and also my colleagues, reports and improvement champions from around the world, through a series of projects.I strive to create an open environment that encourages engagement, empowerment and commitment at all levels.
