About Martin Vallejo
I've started my work experience in 2006 in a small software factory as Java developer. Since then it has grown on me a big enthusiasm not only in tech (which is a really fun part) but in how businesses are created from scratch. I've been a developer, tech lead and got to manage teams. I discovered different approaches in management that I liked and I got interested in start ups.In 2015 I decided to do things different in my life and I started working with a partner offering freelance solutions. Mostly Risk Projects preparing small teams to do the job needed for our customers.We've created gestionarse.com which was an ERP. At the time was just to have a first experience, it was not so bad, the architecture we've created was cool and it had organic growth using our small experience in marketing.In 2019, I created CaptainCode with Hernando. It was awesome, we became a team of 22 people working in several projects for different clients.We were still in development services so with many ideas we decided to start Inspirar in 2020 with one of our customers at the time, Dave.We continued seeking together new opportunities to develop ideas, meeting great people, keeping learning and having fun!
