• Providing leadership to the Finance and Accounting multilingual teams of total 60+ people in order to ensure accurate, reliable and efficient processes and accounts in compliance with client corporate policies and legal requirements.• Managing day-to-day operation to ensure client satisfaction with respect to Infosys operational methodology.• In addition, all other as for Atlas Copco s.r.o. due to the acquisition in Sep 2016 (please, see above).

• Managing a Treasury team based in the Shared Service Centre in Prague and providing a service to EU countries.• Overseeing the cash management and analysis of Treasury forecasting, foreign exchange, interest and other financial reports.• Managing the relationship with banks.

• Managing a team of Cash Allocation clerks based in the Shared Service Centre in Prague.• Responsible for the Cash function across EU countries and all related reports and forecasts for the Credit Collection teams.• Handling a ledger as a team leader of a credit collection team.• Monitoring violations of credit policies, providing analysis, conclusion and recommendations, presenting findings and suggesting actions/penalties to be taken when appropriate.• Developing processes and procedures for evaluating customer financials and setting. Credit-checking, anticipating developments, and identifying accounts which require collection agency or legal action.

• Processing incoming cash and managing all related investigations and reconciliations.• Cooperating with credit controllers in respect of cash/query allocations.• Revising and maintaining cash application policies and procedures to ensure changing business requirements are met.

• Monitoring office operations and coordinating office staff activities.• Recording company expenditure and tracking company supply inventory.• Liaising with customers, building and developing relationships.
