Young dad, trailer, fan of old rock, living soul in search of nature... I'm also co-founder of Resiliences, a consulting cooperative firm specialized in organizational transformation. Convinced that the urgency of the social and ecological crises we are facing forces us to put in place radically new organizational models, we decided to create Resiliences to help executives and managers transform their management & organization.Professionally, I am passionate and curious about the sociology of human groups. I like to build bridges between the concepts of freedom, democracy, responsibility… between our society and societies. I have been experimenting for years with new models of organization and management, and I now like to accompany companies to transform themselves, cooperate with their ecosystem and explore new collaborative practices.
