I am accountable for delivering the financial KPI’s of sales, and gross profit in line with the Trust’s plans. Each team has responsibility for a number of product categories, planning ranges, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring the right amount of stock flows through the organisation. We also have a team of Designers who visit our places in order to get inspiration for print deisgns that are used on many of our products. Our Visual Identity team ensure that product is presented to the highest standards in our shops and in any images we create. Finally our Distribution Centre, at Melksham, receives all Centrally purchased stock and then distributes to our shops as required.
