As a car lover I bought my first car at 14, a 1969 VW Beatle... and I have been playing with cars ever since. I bring with me years of experience and technical knowledge as a Red Seal Automotive technician. Growing up, my parents had 2 businesses in the house , so I learned old school customer service skills, as well as professional communication methods. I can quickly discover where my customers level of understanding is, and explain to them so that they understand what they need to do the job safely, and without blowing the budget to do repairs. I spend time mentoring new staff members, to allow them to reach their best self, in and out of work.
