I led the team owning the Insights Platform at the core of the revolutionary Tableau Pulse product launched in February 2024. This initiative was a top priority for the company, and I am proud to have guided my team through a successful transition from Private Preview to General Availability. Guided teams through the initial storming and norming stages to successful execution. Lead creation of cross-team project plan, working agreements, etc. and drove decision-making processes up to VP level.
