• For this role I improved dispatch of technical teams to unscheduled site jobs from 1.5days to under 6hours, by keeping track of cash and inventory balances• Improved the conversion rate of orders into cash - from 180 days to 30 days on key accounts & 4days on prospective accounts - Collected 80% of outstanding debt in the previous year
