My work experience as Procurement / R&D VAVE Project Manager, was related to Pan-European projects (mostly Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Austria, UK, France, etc.) being directly involved in development with suppliers across Europe and China. Leading the whole project team with stakeholders as sales, marketing, product management, R&D, production department, quality control, suppliers etc., made me to be very strong in communication, negotiation, project management, presentation and collaboration skills.Working for more than a decade as manager and leader in different position roles led me to be highly proficient in identifying cost-saving opportunities related to spending patterns, market trends and supplier performance as a very good and successful negotiator with suppliers, contract management and compliance regulatory.Through my experience in procurement and project management I gained knowledge, skills and insights through active involvement in various tasks and situations over the time. I encompass the practical understanding and proficiency that I developed by engaging in and learning from diverse array of real-world scenarios.Handling planning, delivery and life-cycle in multiple projects and deadlines was an everyday set of responsibilities and tasks that I regularly performed, with the proficiency and experience, I go straightforward, allowing for quick and effortless completion and comprehension.Strong problem-solving, decision-making and proactive risk management is my everyday tasks not only in professional job/career but also a professional talent in personal life, and that is also thanks to continuous improvement as part of myself to be better every day.I am a positive, mind-focused, goal-oriented specialist.
