As a tester, I understand that testing must continuously adapt to the context at hand. I view testing as a social science in an engineering world, where strong relationships and technical skills are essential. I recognize that test automation is a valuable tool when applied correctly.My current focus is on developing a robust test strategy for scalable testing in fast-growing organizations. This involves coaching testers and developers on effective testing approaches, as well as designing frameworks and documentation for both manual and automated test cases. Through this process, I strive to make complex products more accessible for testing, identify gaps in test coverage and testability, and address these issues as needed.
