From experience in a start-up to a trainee in a Lidl stores to the completion of studies focused on corporate finance and strategy, As a Team Leader of Internal Store Revision Audit I am also involved in processes and projects in a corporate environment at Billa, where changes affect thousands of employees. I love retail and everything about it! It's a very dynamic environment, full of processes, great things, but also mistakes that we can improve. And it's also an environment full of great and inspiring people!What do I enjoy? I enjoy finding flaws in processes and working to improve them, I am customer focused but my customer is also our employees. I believe in productivity, I like pressure and challenges and I also follow a motto: Anything is possible if we want it!I am dedicated to my work and enjoy it very much, but I also enjoy other activities, for example as a musician on drums and everything that goes with it.
