Performed lead software developer role with team of eight developers and business analysts to implement RMS version 13.2.5. Developed multiple processes using Pro/C, Oracle packages, procedures and functions. Project was completed on-schedule and under budget.Integrated Zale Corp’s Physical Inventory (PI) functionality into Oracle RMS 13.2.5. Developed PL/SQL scripts and packages to extract inventory snapshots and load associated count files. Produced variance and discrepancy reports to support shrink resolution.Led design and development effort to modify the Oracle replenishment recommended order quantity (ROQ) process to utilize real-time inventory position updates. Worked with RMS team to develop XML inbound/outbound real-time interfaces to UPS for shipment confirmations, user generated recalls and damaged merchandise recalls.Developed multiple automated data purge processes for large RMS tables. Process was designed using Oracle table partitioning strategy to drop oldest partitions maintaining a specific time frame. Project eliminated two hours of batch processing time.Worked with RMS team on DC Consolidation project to develop near-time integration processes for shipments, receipts and inventory adjustments between RMS and the remote IMS warehouse management system. Programs were developed using the Informatica PowerCenter ETL tool. Each process was designed to be restartable and visible to support groups. Coordinated with Accounts Payable technical and business resources to develop automated processes utilizing the Oracle E-Business Suite project modules. Process was developed using Oracle PL/SQL packages and Linux scripts to maintain capital project assets by aligning them with their associated templates and sending expenses to fixed assets. Additional process was developed to run monthly calculating tax amounts on capital project assets booked from the prior GL period and generate associated reports.

Led Supply Chain data consolidation and automation project. Effectively mapped all mission critical supply chain data that did not reside in the enterprise data warehouse and designed new process flows involving increased automation and centralized consolidation. A great deal of manual procedures and unsupported Access databases were eliminated by design.

Provided Steinmart support team with RMS 13 Process and Procedure flows to effectively troubleshoot and support new software.

Led team of five technical resources to implement high priority projects:1) Modified "Store Use" functionality so that transactions such as Custom Floral, Damages, etc. are being treated as inventory adjustments verses sales transactions. Restated sales history to accurately reflect year over year comparisons.2) Restructured cost of inventory burdens to level the intercompany upcharge between "Warehouse" and "Direct" items.
