As a Consultant within Tenant Representation i helped my clients (national and international) to specify, write RFP and negotiate leases to their future premises. The projects included optimization, re-location, merging and divestment. Most projects contained parallel projects to find correlations with the future business strategies or other values from a holistic view. Theories from the fields of urban design and urban economics were used to identify how urban planing can be performed to create an attractive and active urban environment for its residents, while it also contribute to the city's economic development.
