- Responsible for managing Injection Molding Machines’ category globally and ensuring effective suppliers’ performance through the collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g industrialization team) to drive strategic initiatives such as reducing energy consumption and TCO, lead time reduction and suppliers scouting/qualification;- Improving contractual coverage and successfully leading Framework Agreements negotiations;- Implementing global Spare Parts’ agreement to improve purchasing visibility and achieve volume-based optimization;- Engaging suppliers to commit on Tetra Pak sustainability journey and targets.

- Responsible procurement interface towards internal stakeholders (e.g. quality, legal, IT, GRC) to support the development and deployment of RM policies, processes and strategies;- Monitored projects status and market trends in alignment with global Category Managers and finance to regularly address them with Raw Material Procurement Director;- Developed the Group Operating Standard procedure for RM Procurement that successfully received management endorsement.

- Defined the strategy for fluted paper packaging (>150 Mln) and coordinated buyers across 32 plants world-wide to implement it;- Managed key suppliers’ relationships to ensure innovation, sustainability, supply as well as reducing costs & risks. In charge of: • Analyzing market trends to identify potential opportunities/threats and assess their impacts; • Negotiating optimum price for required quality/service during sourcing events and reviews; • Assessing and driving projects that benefits the P&L liaising with internal stakeholders, including technical department, marketing and finance.

- Coordinated the roll-out of the responsible sourcing program to guarantee long-term sustainability across geographies/Business Units;- Key user for the development and testing of a customized tool to track projects and benefits;- Analyzed spend to ensure compliance against internal policies.

- Supported the buyers on the management of internal/external stakeholders (material management, production, suppliers) to ensure security of supply for packaging, chemical and consumable categories;

- Developed and drafted Supply Market Analysis guidelines to apply organization-wide.- Followed-up procurement process from Statement of Work definition up to contract award, participating also in the negotiations with the selected bidder.
