At only ten years old, I began on my entrepreneurial journey in Hong Kong. I started the process of recycling coffee beans sustainably. I made an effort to get Pacific Coffee and Starbucks, two significant coffee chains, to give me their used coffee grounds. I also gather grounds from Renaissance College, my school's coffee shop. Using these grounds, I created a range of eco-friendly products: body and lip scrubs, insect repellent, fridge deodorants, scented shoe sachets in vanilla or cardamom, and candles. This also caught the attention of the South China Morning Post.Later, I created my own range of pizza and pasta sauces inspired by my grandmother's recipe from Italy. After my sauces were popular at the school fair, I designed and built a website where people could buy my sauces.
