From the early days as a Shop Manager to my current role as Chief Commercial Officer, each step has been a building block towards a deeper understanding of what drives business growth, customer satisfaction, and strategic innovation in this dynamic industry.It all began in 2005, by when I managed a retail shop with responsibility for target delivery. Following the merger with T-Mobile, I expanded my focus to include mobile services, excelling in cross-selling and mobile acquisitions. One of my early significant achievements was the successful launch of the new fixed product, Magio TV, in 2007.Progressing to Regional Supervisor, I managed internal and external retail shops, driving their sales through strategic planning and execution. I was responsible for hiring, on-the-job training, target setting, and establishing daily routines. My success in this role led to my promotion to Regional Sales Manager, where I continued to lead retail teams, execute long-term strategies, and deliver sales targets. I also served as the single point of contact for Franchise partners, helping them enhance their skills and profitability.Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to channel management, overseeing the Czech and Slovak federal departments. Managing teams of SME account managers and VSE call center agents, I emphasized sustainable growth and exceptional customer experience.Equipped with extensive experience in retail and channel management, I was called to manage on a European level. As Vice President Channel Strategy I lead the definition and execution of DT's channel strategy across Europe, driving measurable commercial impact in revenue, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.Now, as I return home to Slovakia, I am eager to leverage my diverse experience and leadership skills to drive success and innovation in the telco industry.
